Open Settings then Tax Rates. Select the country and use the switches to enable only the rates your business uses. Select Save to apply the change.
For the United Kingdom, the available entries include exempt, zero-rate VAT, reduced-rate VAT and standard-rate VAT. Confirm tax treatment with your finance adviser where needed.
