Manage recipients
Open Agents and select Order Notifications. Each business user has a notification switch. Turn it on for people who should receive order-arrival messages.
Add a shared address
Enter a shared or operational email address and select Add. Use a monitored mailbox and keep the recipient list current when responsibilities change.
